Thank you!!! This was my third IUD and my second time at an IUD clinic, and I cannot express how great the process was. The nitrous and lidocaine options made the procedure so much better. I was anxious based on my last two insertions, but the pain-management and sedation options far surpassed my expectations. The staff were all friendly, and Dr. McGruthers was kind and professional. I was forced to cancel my appointment due to the clinic’s lack of accessible parking. One vehicle was occupying two parking spots in front of the clinic, further limiting availability. Although there was a large parking lot directly across from the clinic, I was told I could not park there. After driving around as instructed and finding no alternatives, the only solution offered by the front desk was to cancel my appointment, despite the time I had taken off to attend.
