I went to this clinic for an IUD removal and re-insertion based on my doctor’s recommendation, and unfortunately the experience became increasingly frustrating and stressful. At my first appointment, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time, which already felt excessive. I had very high hopes for this clinic and while the reception was very friendly and helpful and I was glad to hear they offered numbing my experience was not the best. It isn’t so much the Dr but the general procedure of inserting an IUD with barely any pain management options (although this clinic has more than most) truly is a barbaric system women have to endure in general. . The Dr did explain what was happening and offered to stop the procedure if needed which was appreciated but it was so incredibly painful to the poin... read more
Dr.Gerber was great, she answered all the questions I had. She used a numbing cream at first. Then she did one step and asked me my pain levels to determine if I would need more pain management - I did not but she will provide it if you do! She let me know a head of time what i could expect to feel for each step. Highly recommend!
Excellent clinic with an amazing team. My wife received care there, and from the very beginning they were kind, professional, and made her feel comfortable and well cared for. We highly recommend this clinic. They also serve the Latino community by offering service in Spanish, which truly makes a difference. The quality of their work is outstanding.

Not only did they mess up my contact info and call me a day late, but the consultation was anything but helpful or informative.
