Avoid this place at all cost. Tried to get a Calzone today, and I waited a - half hour- and still no Calzone. When I tried to complain, I was shouted out by the cash-register lady. A place like this doesn't need your money as they are failing. Take your money to an establishment that respects the customer. I left hungry and no calzone.

I have frequented the Italian Store for years and loved it, but after what I saw today I won't be back. I came in for lunch and while my sandwich was being made I grabbed a soda out of the cooler. A large roach was crawling in between where you order pizza and the coolers. When an older customer pointed it out to an employee he flipped the roach on his back while trying to kick it on his way to the back.
