Went in last week to get some advice on restoring my leather couches and was helped to find the right colour balm, as well as instructions on how to clear and condition it - they came up amazing!

I used restoring balm on our aniline leather couches and I wish I’d known about the Italian Leather products a few years ago. Meantime, despite using recommend leather polishes from Farmers where we purchased the furniture, our couches became bleached in the NZ sun. Now they look as good as new! I will continue to use Italian Leather products. Here are some before and after shots. I used Camel restoring balm. One 250 ml tub easily did both couches and was easier to use out of a tub than a bottle.

We had damage (wear and tear) on both the left- and right armrests of a rather expensive leather chair (made in Germany). Rather than let it go from bad to worse we contacted The Italian Leather Company, soon after the quote was approved, the chair was in repair, when returned the armrests looked perfectly new (they were upholstered with new leather and really nicely stitched). I took my car here expecting a localized fix for a small damaged area on my steering wheel (See last picture, which shows the condition before the service). Unfortunately, the result was disappointing. Instead of a seamless repair, I was left with a large, uneven surface that feels noticeably rough and inconsistent with the rest of the wheel. Because of the poor workmanship, I now have to take my car to a specialist for a full re-cover. To make matters worse, the business refused to issue a refund, despite the subpar result.

So impressed with the kit I purchased! This sofa has come up so well with very little skill or effort involved! I was paid out as an insurance claim on this and was going to dump it! It's now looking great in my office!
