I placed an online order last night with Italian dish and received email confirmation. This afternoon the owner Holly called me, due a computer error the price listed online was lower than what she could sell the items for. Of course I was disappointed and feel the order placed should be filled at the price listed online. She called me "dumb" and said similar items are more expensive and I should have known. Loved visiting The Italian Dish for my first time today. What a beautiful store. I was served an espresso and shown around and told about the different artists and where the items come from. The staff is wonderful. Bought myself a beautiful platter. I'll be back.
