Great massages, however, there were multiple no shows for my appointments. I had purchased 10 massage package. I last heard from her in June which is when I asked for a refund for my remaining massages. She did respond and stated shed “give me my refund as soon as shes able to” I asked for it by the end of the month. Here we are October and no refund or further communication.

Bichelle Harrison was the best. Also have pre-purchased a larger number of massages but she has gone completely silent. I think many of us are in the same boat. I hope she is ok. But also would like to know what’s the status.

Bichelle gave one of the best massages I’ve had. But i had another booked with her last month and she never showed, hasn’t returned my calls and it was prepaid. Another friend and I bought a 10 pack package and also has not been able to get in touch with her since May. Does anyone know if she’s okay?

I discovered Bichelle and The It Girl Massage Therapy business after doing some Google searches and reading the reviews and also reading the reviews via yelp. I was not able to meet with my regular massage therapist so Bichelle held it down in the meantime! I went in for a myofascial release session, and I walked out feeling very relieved and lighter in body and mind.
