I can safely say that this had to be one of the far more challenging (and frustrating) sales the Island Team has ever had to deal with (and hopefully will never again). It certainly was for me. So, because of the difficulty with the buyers and issues with the house itself, Joe and Maria really earned their keep on this sale.
