The customer service at the front desk was appalling to say the least. I had already booked online through one website and paid all but a $33 fee to pay in person. They pulled up my name and had someone else's card info on it and book through a different website. I tried to show them my booking info, they charged my card almost $340 dollars on top of the one night stay i had already paid for when booking. After a great Florida summer I would recommend this place hands down to visit! The view, pool, waterfall, food and drink are amazing! Staff is always attentive, extremely family friendly and nothing but good vibes non stop! If you’re visiting or a local I highly recommend you visit when and if you can! I absolutely love this place!
I am saddened to be writing this review. We regretfully chose this as our wedding venue. Here’s why we would NEVER recommend it to any other couple, or family at that. Rehearsal dinner day- The catering coordinator asked us if we wanted to go up and see the ballroom (that we had booked well over a year ago) at 1:30pm (rehearsal dinner was supposed to start at 6pm, with rehearsal at 5pm).
