This guy would like to bill insurance for things he did not do, or even things that had already been done, simply because you had a new insurance. An example of this is you had a Full FX (X-ray) and Prophy completed in August and two months later he orders another full mouth X-Ray simply because you just got an additional insurance. When questioned about it, he was angry and could not give a logical reason for committing insurance fraud. Glad you are retired, and you should stay that way.
I was pleased with how time efficient everything was! Worked with my schedule, and made it easy for me to move forward with the rest of my weekly activities.
