The building manger, Michelle Meyer, has been great to work with since she started this past fall 2024. She is the best building manager the Isabella has had in a very long time. Thank you for all your hard work.
Michelle who answers the phone is very rude. She hung up on me twice.
We lived here for many years, and we love it! The new board and new management are great! The board is impressive with how they handle the finances and the budget. Amenities are amazing, location is prime, a recently rebuilt pool that’s really awesome, and maybe the best part is the community. Our neighbors here are wonderful, and we’ve become friends with many of them.

I live here. The pipe burst was due to an old lady who went to CA during winter. She turned the heat off to save money. The kitchen pipe burst. Then we had a fire. A man fell asleep while smoking and burned himself up. Alert set off the sprinklers and there was smoke and water damage. Due to these two incidents in such a close amount of time, we were put on assigned risk. This is over now. The special assement was to cover the insurance.
