Worked with the Rockford office for my sprinkler system getting installed, the price was reasonable and similar from others received from nearby companies. Brian replied quickly to explain and clear every doubt. All the installation were completed in one day and the result as expected (in my case I still had no grass installed before the sprinkler system). After getting the grass installed, a tech team was sent to check the system was still working OK. Every request pre and post sale have been handled very well so far
Recently contracted with” The Irrigator” to install a complete lawn irrigation system for our home. Working with Brian McCracken for the system design and equipment specifications was a pleasure. The actual installation of the system was completed in a very timely manner with very little damage to the existing lawn. I used this company in 2020 and have been very disappointed in the install, service, and product quality. When paying thousands for an irrigation system. I want quality products, a quality result, and quality customer service. I wrote this review because I want others to know I did not feel I got any of those expectations with this company and have regret over my decision to choose them.
