I had booked an appointment for a haircut on my birthday two weeks in advance. It was on a Friday for 1:30pm. At 12:37pm I received a call telling me my appointment had to be canceled because an emergency color correction client came in. Why are you canceling the client that has an appointment? I explained that it is my birthday and I deliberately made the appointment for this day. The employee couldn't care less. I phoned Extreme Ends on 4th street and they got me in right away. Angela Dawn, did exactly what I asked for, she is very personable and sweet:) also very professional, I'm so happy with my balyage, definitely my new hairstylist and would 100% recommended her :) I love my hair :)
I just love getting my hair done here. Angela is so talented! I find she always listens when I ask to have my hair done a specific way, which is sooooo important! At the same time, when I’ve got no hair inspiration, she finds something that is so flattering! Always a 5 star experience!
I just had my appointment cancelled for the second time leaving me with no time to make another appointment before I leave for a trip the day after tomorrow.
