I could not say enough how great my experience with Brian was! My fiancé and I started looking for a home and Brian was nothing short of amazing! He was extremely helpful and was always one step ahead on every aspect of the home buying process. He was very responsive and that helped us out a lot. I have had a few deals with Brian and I am so impressed with his responsiveness! It's great when you pull together a cohesive team where the focus is the CLIENT. Brian provides frequent updates, competitive rates, and a general sense that he has your buyer's interest at heart. Buying is a stressful time and he goes out of his way to make sure buyers feel comfortable through the process. From a realtor perspective, this means everything to me! I cannot speak more highly of a firm or broker, than I can of Ironbank and Brian Barkowski. He put all our fears and worries aside as he walked us through the entire process of buying our first home.
