Working with Steve Cohen in the sales department has been a great experience. He guided me through designing and building spiral staircases for several of our apartment buildings and helped me understand the existing ones we inherited. Five-star service — strongly recommend him.
If I could give this shop 10 stars i would. I showed up with my trailer to pick up my floating stairs and they went above and beyond to make sure our load was secure for our ride home to NH. The stairs and treads looked amazing. Can't wait to get them installed.

My family has used The Iron Shop on two occasions. One project was a 22 foot outdoor spiral staircase. They helped set up delivery company and a Crane lowered the entire 22 foot staircase into my 3rd floor floor balcony. The powder coating has held up immensely. We have enjoyed using the outdoor stairs post 4 Florida hurricanes with little or no damage.
