I can’t speak highly enough about Mike, the proprietor of the Iron Den gym in Morley. Just when I think I can’t do any more, his positive reassurance drives me beyond my perceived capabilities. If you are after a down to earth personal trainer who focuses on getting you the results you want, you need Magic Mike from the Iron Den! It’s a gym with all the equipment needed to take you on your health and wellbeing journey - and it is always spotless!
Great gym if you're serious about getting fit in a muscular way. I'm nearly 60 and when I'm in full swing feel like a guy half my age. Mike takes no prisoners but does so in a way sensitive to my 60 year old body! Better than any trainer before.
The Iron Den is a great place to train. The gym has a comfortable setup and a good atmosphere that makes it easy to stay consistent. What has made the biggest difference for me is working with Mike.
