I am loving my training at The Iron Den. Mike, the trainer manages the programming so well. He’s on top of my stats and the plan for progress. I go and he tells me what to do - what weights, sets and reps. I don’t have to think about it. I’m stoked with my progress. His playlists are great too! And the community is so fun and encouraging. No mean feat for 5:30am class, 4 x week!
