Great community gym, I always feel welcomed when coming in to get a lift. The trainers are the best. Definitely the best gym in the Forney/Talty area.

I love the pilates classes here! The instructor provides modifications if needed and the classes are challenging but fun. Definitely beginner friendly but good for someone with experience. Ive been going for 2 months and thoroughly enjoy her classes. I would go more if I could.

I love Iron Church. A great spot to workout and meet others in the community. Hannah’s mat Pilates have been the best add to my daily routine and I look forward to it everyday!
