Absolutely rude as can be as far as service is concerned. I told you I was trying to get in touch with a woman who was either at her room or the hospital, because she is prone to strokes, and her husband was just arrested, and you had someone tell me they "wouldn't go for that" that I was standing outside trying to reach them and paying the commissary.
