I recently applied to live at the Irlo. The staff has been very nice and attentive. They even work on possible same day move in everything was very simple and it was a great process I would highly recommend living here.
Spoke with Mike and he is a very personable and approachable.
Checked in at 9pm after a long day at the parks. Was not given a single towel to shower with. Wifi password doesn’t work, so tv doesn’t work. There’s no phone in your room to contact the lobby & the phone number they give you to call is not connected. At 10 pm security came banging on my door (single woman traveling alone with a 5 year old) because they “forgot” to have me sign paperwork. Woke up to a dead cockroach , and BED BUG BITES. This review is long overdue, but absolutely deserved. Hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, everything at The Irlo was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Mike and Adam are amazing-super welcoming, no pressure at all (as in like salesmen kind of way lol) they genuinely take the time to make sure you’re comfortable before making any decisions.
