The team at the Iris is top notch! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The office staff is accommodating and the maintenance crew really does a good job keeping on top of things and responding quickly.

Such an amazing community! Everything from the staff to the units themselves is all you would hope for! The staff are incredibly attentive and quickly responsive to any and all needs. The units are beautiful and modern. The maintenance is on point with everything from requests to maintaining the beautiful property! So happy to call this place home!
My ac ended up failing at night. The team has a quick response and was able to help me learn how to do a temporary fix until they come fix my flow switch in the morning.
Moses (Moe) is amazing! He walked me through how to get my AC up and running again after hours until maintenance could fix it the next day. He's always very kind, knowledgeable, and prompt!
