What a great business!! We were visiting from out of town and my husband had some sort of a glitch with his iPhone. We couldn't believe that we found someone so easily that was willing to just do some resets and get us going on our way. It seemed minor, but was important to us and to the gentleman that helped us!!! Thank you so much!! We surely would also trust them with something more complicated!! Wonderful customer service.
I had a small but urgent problem with my Iphone this morning. I walked in without an appointment and was met by a very friendly, courteous and professional representative. My problem was resolved in ten minutes. The charges were very reasonable and I walked out the door thinking how lucky we are to have this excellent service business in the neighborhood. I was very impressed.
Always helpful, never over-promise and never try to “sell-up”.
Came in because my battery overheated and expanded and they fixed this issue within an hour which was quicker than expected amazing service and customer care and was super duper nice:)
