I had a small but urgent problem with my Iphone this morning. I walked in without an appointment and was met by a very friendly, courteous and professional representative. My problem was resolved in ten minutes. The charges were very reasonable and I walked out the door thinking how lucky we are to have this excellent service business in the neighborhood. I was very impressed.
Always helpful, never over-promise and never try to “sell-up”.
Came in because my battery overheated and expanded and they fixed this issue within an hour which was quicker than expected amazing service and customer care and was super duper nice:)
These people are incredible. Super good work, and great prices. More than fair, worth every penny, and everyone there are fantastic people. Right to repair heroes! They kept my iphone 5SE working great for 5 years. Worked out to like $5/month all in. Give em all your business.
