Allison was so helpful. She guided me through how to navigate my new iPhone . Stupid me did not pay an additional fee to keep my iPhone data into a cloud. She did a work around. Free of charge. Customer service was filled with such kindness and knowledge.

Took my iphone in to get the charging port fixed and Kayla had it working within 10 minutes. She was awesome! They definitely earned my business.
I came here a few weeks ago to get my back glass replaced on my iPhone 14 Pro. It was a quick turnaround for a big project! I got it back within a day and it looked perfect. It wasn’t a big deal, but after the glass replacement, I noticed that my microphone was a little muffled and my video audio was fuzzy, so I brought my phone back in a couple of weeks later. They ordered me a new rear microphone and replaced it free of charge- and within an hour! My phone is perfect now. Great customer service and repairs. Thanks again!
Hard to find 5 stars services. My iPhone 11 got wet on 4th of July and the girl at this place gave me a professional and quick fix of less than 24 hours at a very fair and honest cost. Plus she exchanged a damaged part & replacing/fixing the charging port that was damaged. Definitely exceeded my expectation.
