I have been a patient at this clinic for several years however I will be switching. I went in for back pain and was told I had already been in for back pain caused by doing a handstand ( I have never ever done a handstand) and have never been to the clinic for back pain. When I arrived, I was chastised for not uploading my insurance card to my portal, even though I wasn’t prompted to do so. The nurse, Theresa, who took me back and called my name, really didn’t seem to care about anything. Perhaps they were having a bad day, but she was not friendly at all—there wasn’t even a simple “Hi, hope you’re well” or an introduction. I came here with one of my residents. Our transportation was over 2 hours late. My resident is diabetic and was obviously getting hungry. (Please advice I'm not certified to give medicine) the wonderful receptionist at the front desk gave her water, celery, and strawberries to hold her over until we could return to the facility. I can not thank them enough for caring
The worst Doctors a long with will not do the procedure that was asked. And then I get a call from the director saying that they didn't want to do my surgery because their doctors are incompetent period I would strongly stay away from Iowa clinic the biggest Pos in Iowa for Urology.
