When I arrived, I was chastised for not uploading my insurance card to my portal, even though I wasn’t prompted to do so. The nurse, Theresa, who took me back and called my name, really didn’t seem to care about anything. I came here with one of my residents. Our transportation was over 2 hours late. My resident is diabetic and was obviously getting hungry. (Please advice I'm not certified to give medicine) the wonderful receptionist at the front desk gave her water, celery, and strawberries to hold her over until we could return to the facility. I can not thank them enough for caring
The worst Doctors a long with will not do the procedure that was asked. And then I get a call from the director saying that they didn't want to do my surgery because their doctors are incompetent period I would strongly stay away from Iowa clinic the biggest Pos in Iowa for Urology. Marla Grindr is the worst doctor I've ever met all she can say is so
I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Johnsons here, and while my experience with her has been fine, this clinic is an absolute hot mess. My lab samples were lost or ruined or something and no one called to follow up, ever. I have had to call 3-4 times each day, was finally booked in for a re-draw for new samples, and again these have seemingly gone missing. Apparently the communication between the clinics and the lab is non-existent. If your doctor is out there’s no follow up with another doctor. I call the number over and over ... read more
