Brittany Blythe is by far the worst provider ever seen. She's rude, dismissive, and kept questioning why I wore a mask. Compromised immune system patients have a right to wear a mask to protect themselves when they are at serious risk for viral infections such as TB. Yet she kept asking if I was wearing a mask due to being sick as if I was being deceptive. Then she wanted me to justify why I was on a certain medication for not having an immune system. I have been seeing Dr Hornbrook for over 10 years. I am very happy with her and her nurses. She always takes the time to make sure things are going the way I want them to. And if I have any questions they get answered. I have had no issues with getting refills for my medications either which is great!
"Doctor" Hornbeck and her nurse are completely unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical. With the degrading treatment they show towards their patients neither of them should have a career in the medical industry whatsoever. Steer clear of these two!!
The nurses here are totally incompetent. Be careful what you send in the portal because if they misread it or don’t understand they’ll just terminate you as a patient without even discussing it or asking questions. It takes days sometimes a week to get your medication refilled or get test results they just add a note in the portal that they called and left a message when they don’t and if you ask questions they get snippy with you.
