Melissa was wonderful! So cheerful and happy. Mammograms are not pleasant, but she did everything she could to make me comfortable, even offering anterior angles for the side pictures. I will be recommending her to everyone!!
You may not know what it’s like to have your veins poked and prodded until your veins blow or ride into the wilderness just to get an IV in the right location or for the tech or phlebotomist to draw a small tube of blood. Well it’s twice as difficult when the tech, nurse or phlebotomist’s only option is to draw from the best vein in your hand when your arm is not an option — (it truly hurts when they miss and keep poking—painful).
