Outstanding courteous staff. From the front dedk to the nurses and doctors. Fast on time service.
I've generally been happy with my doctors at this clinic. Still am. But the "Iowa Clinic" company has made a change to their billing practice. During my insurance-covered annual physical I asked for a renewal of a prescription. Iowa Clinic says this is not a "preventative service" and charged an extra $130 to renew the prescription. Seriously? For shame Iowa Clinic.
Dr Hohulin has always made sure that I am well taken care of. Before and after pregnancies, she has been great in making sure I’m on the right medication for the stage of life I’m in.
