Doctors are alright. I had one doctor who leaned more towards “water and exercise can cure everything” and another doctor who just listened to your concerns and understood where you were coming from. Which was nice. Refill requests can be slow sometimes. They do not have the best communication system but thats the norm nowadays. Front desk though - needs addressed and needs to attend some basic customer service training. I don’t enjoy hearing “oh my god” as if they were trying to “whisper” that to the person next to them. Normally great experience, Dr Lehr is wonderful and doctors are knowledgeable. Front desk staff is whole other story. I’ve been going to Iowa clinic for almost 8 years and drive across central Iowa from 1 hour 30 minutes away and have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was today 4/21/25. Fix your customer care because you’re going to ruin the Patient/Doctor relationship with support staff.
Always friendly, caring staff. Facilities are clean, waits are short. The providers take time with you and you never feel rushed!
