Normally great experience, Dr Lehr is wonderful and doctors are knowledgeable. Front desk staff is whole other story. I’ve been going to Iowa clinic for almost 8 years and drive across central Iowa from 1 hour 30 minutes away and have never been treated as disrespectfully as I was today 4/21/25. Fix your customer care because you’re going to ruin the Patient/Doctor relationship with support staff.
Always friendly, caring staff. Facilities are clean, waits are short. The providers take time with you and you never feel rushed!
Great service
My husband has asthma & he had needed refill on his inhaler. He HAD NO INHALER, ( it ran out the prior nite) and he was having problems breathing. We called at like 11am to get a his Dr send an email to the CVS Pharmacy in Mesa, Az, and THEY NEVER DID! It was 5pm and still NO EMAIL AND MY HUSBAND NEEDS TO BREATHE & CAN'T CUZ he needs his inhaler. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
