Love this clinic! Very thorough doctors and great follow up as far as coordination with specialists (communicating with the family doctor). Doctors Susan and Chris never rush me. They go the “extra mile” to answer all questions….I have a friend who lives in Urbandale with lots of doctors close to her residence; but, she prefers to drive 20 plus miles to see Doctor Sue.
Dr Baltzell is a very down to earth Doctor and is very patient and listens to what I have to say and actually attempts to help me with my issues! Highly recommended!
Without a doubt Dr Sue is the best family practitioner I have ever been to. So much so that I actually look forward to my routine visits!
