I'm a native with heart failure I have called 7 times and messaged on my chart twice to please send all documents to zoll for my life vest to be checked out by a technician, but ZOLL can't because my heart doctor which is dr.mcgregor at I.H.I. never fax or put in my order. I know this because zoll told me today ON 01/13/2022 that there's no records of my heart doctor sending the paper work that is needed for zoll to send a technician.can anyone please reply if they and a poor proper health care as mine with providence intern... read more
My experience at IHI was fantastic, from my initial appointment with Dr. Robertson to my installation of a pass maker. Erin, my nurse was amazing and provided excellent care and always with a smile. I highly recommend IHI.
Just a procedure in the cath lablast week and cannot say enough wonderful things about the nurses and surgery staff. Thoughtful, kind caring, compassionate and so on! Thank you so much!! The front desk😐
Just moved to the area from the NYC area a few months ago and was told this was the place to go to for heart concerns. Had a procedure done with Dr Maddux which went seem less. My nurse Mara is way more than a nurse. she's an awesome woman! She took very good care of me and made sure i was comfortable before the procedure and afterwards! Thank you for taking care of me!!!
