After doing some further research, it looks like it will cost approximately $2,500–$3,000 to have the paint corrected in all of the areas where it has become faulty, as well as to apply additional UV protection so the finish holds up properly. Even after applying 4 coats of the polyurethane the manufacture suggested. To resolve this, I would like to request that the replacement dinosaur be sent, along with the touch-up paint so we can ensure an exact color match moving forward.
