A fabulous Pilates studio. Really excellent teachers. Love going here. Been going for quite a few years now.
Small classes of maximum 4 students, or private on on one lessons allow the highly trained instructors to give individual attention and customize each lesson to each students' needs.
Non judgmental, Open minded professionals with unmatched knowledge and passion for what they do. This place is where to come for real clinical Pilates without the pretence.
