I'm very dissatisfied with the way a employee handled a phone call today. I received a call back after leaving a message. I had to answer the call during a virtual meeting, because I have very important call I am waiting for (not that I have to justify answering my phone). I politely responded "I'm in a virtual meeting, Can call you back?" to which she very unprofessional, rude and condescending manner said "Well, then you shouldn't have picked up your phone?"
