I was a customer for two years, but I was very disappointed with this year's renewal process. My account manager, Kim Winborg, was extremely slow throughout the process, despite knowing my insurance expiration date well in advance. As a trucking company owner, time is critical. Jenn truly got the job done this morning for my company. I was so irritated after speaking to a certain company. And Jenn asked for the number and said let me call them I deal with them all the time.
