I’ve been working with Laura at The Insurance Shop, and she has made everything an absolute breeze! Lacy was able to help walk me through what I needed and also what I didn't need without any pressure, and was available to answer my many questions. I decided to go with one of the quotes provided to me by Lacy after comparing it with online ones and also with friends and family in the area as it was a pretty good deal. From this point through closing, the process was smooth and stress free.
Laura and her team are amazing!! About a year ago, I had her do a review of all of our policies and she was able to save us about $1500 a year with new policies that were even better than the ones we had before. Throughout the year, I've had questions on different things and Laura is always quick to respond, with the exact answer I need.
