Years ago The Insurance House changed from one carrier to another, Travelers, for bundled home and car insurance. Thank goodness! I had two disasters this year--a roof replacement due to a strange June storm, and a stolen catalytic converter in CA with damage to wires and exhaust pipes and fluids. Couldn't have had better service, more calming service, non-contentious service, from repairs to rental car. Bravo!
Lady was too busy with her dog to realize I had all my documents. I went all the way back to the DMV before realizing she gave me the run around. Gave my business to another local place.
