these guys are 5 star to make customer fools ...!! Please read page 13-14 policy contract documents before sign. while preparing policy document they put penalty causes which says customer has to pay in case policy cancellation. Be alert. and the same case is not with other agents for Traveler auto insurance.!! Not at all recommended.
Rep Erin Mann is superb in her professionalism and very knowledgeable with any insurance situation that we have had.
