Horrible establishment. No one has ever made me feel as stupid as "David" did while I was talking on the phone with him. I was simply asking a few questions about renters insurance and he started laughing at me, then told me I was "ignorant for my age". That being said, I will never attempt to get insurance through this "business" again. Horrible, just horrible.
