Josh is a fabulous insurance advisor, I always look to him for his expertise when anything insurance come up, highly recommend!
I do NOT recommend getting insurance with this company. Despite being loyal customers and having no claims, the premiums kept rising dramatically each year without explanation. We finally decided to switch to State Farm, where we now get better coverage for $3,500 annually. This company’s rate hikes significantly impacted our mortgage escrow this year, which was a painful lesson. If you’re considering home insurance, be cautious, do your research, and shop for new home insurance every year.
Kyle has helped us and our property management/brokerage clients for a long time. He's been responsive, has helped us save money and when we've had roof claims he's been good to work with.
