Wow, a 2.7 Rating no wonder why this place is a joke there are living in terms and they all are just above 18 years old that tells us the public. There is no experience with these doctors. They think they know it all but they know nothing. Plus they asked for a urinalysis drug screening every single month. Wonderful office and staff. Clean. Everyone is friendly and professional. However they have a SERIOUS over scheduling issue. This is my first time here. Staff have already cautioned me that the practitioners consistently run 45min-1hr behind schedule. Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived 15 min before my appt time. I was brought back 15 min after my appointment time. I have generally had good experiences in-person at their Kingston offices, except for some high wait times, but I just had a very unpleasant experience with their call service. I called about an hour ago to request a medication refill. I opted for the callback service and was told that I expected wait time was around 3 minutes.
