I have generally had good experiences in-person at their Kingston offices, except for some high wait times, but I just had a very unpleasant experience with their call service. I called about an hour ago to request a medication refill. I opted for the callback service and was told that I expected wait time was around 3 minutes. After about 30 minutes of not receiving a call back, I called again. I was on hold for about 5 minutes before the call suddenly dropped or was picked up by an agent and immediately hung up.
