Loved my therapist for the most part. Unfortunately hate the lack of communication though. There was no warning of my copay significantly increasing from $10 to over $100 what so ever. They were late with billing me as well so it threw my bank account off which is not helpful at all with being on a fixed income/extremely tight income. I started going here a year ago and it’s been the best decision of my life. I’ve tried therapy before but my therapist was honestly the perfect match for me and I’m beyond grateful
I tried for almost a month and half to get an appointment to see a marriage counselor. There was always a problem with “matching” us eve though we repeatedly went over our preferences as they require. They kept matching us with someone that could not accommodate our schedule. Instead of just saying we have no one for you, they kept giving us the run around waiting on calls that never came. Horrible customer service and practice with terrible reviews. And to rectify this? I literally watched them give gift cards out for Google reviews.
My review would be more than 5 stars if I could. Ms. Capehart is the therapist I have. She goes above and beyond. She is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, kind , devoted and a comfort to my child. As well as a comfort to me I trust her with my child fully. I can leave the room while she is speaking to my child I have full trust in her time with my child as a mother who is protective over my child especially with the situation we are in it’s a HUGE relief to know my child is safe in Ms. Capeharts care.
