The Inner Cycle is a dedicated indoor cycling studio. Our instructors and community of riders will keep you feeling strong, happy and healthy. Inner Cycle's new location is now open at 142 Canal St., Suite B. The entrance is in the back. Turn into the Starbucks drive-thru and follow straight, taking a right past The Artful Life. Inner Cycle in Salem is the best! High quality new bikes, awesome lighting, and riders who support each other. Instructors vary, which is great - all different classes and teaching styles. There is something for everyone in a very welcoming environment. Try it out!
The Salem IC is the perfect spin spot. It’s clean and spacious, and all the bikes are brand new. The instructors are as fabulous as at all the IC studios, and they’ll have you sweating, singing along, and coming back. Truly great for group spin post-pandemic because there is plenty of room for everyone. I’m looking forward to warm weather with the garage door open. Don’t sleep on this one!
I love the new Salem Studio! The new bikes and space is amazing. Alyssa is one of my favorite instructors with such positive energy and joy. I love IC Salem!!
