I had a pretty unpleasant experience at this spin studio. The sound system was extremely loud —the instructor was practically yelling, even though her microphone was already on what seemed like the highest level. It was so bad that I could still hear her outside the building and even in my car after leaving, which says a lot about the noise level inside. Unfortunately, they don’t provide earplugs. The overall vibe felt more like an elevated YMCA, and the studio was located in a rather random building. I had to leave early.

I’m so glad to have found Inner cycle! I came for a one time event hosted here and liked it so much I signed up for more classes! As a beginner I felt welcomed and comfortable. The instructors are very motivational and have awesome playlists.

This studio is awesome!! Perfect local spot in a great area. Their classes are great for spinners of all experience levels. I’ve been a loyal inner cycle member for years! I love Amanda’s Tuesday night class. Not only is it a kick-butt workout, but she’s also a great hype woman!! All of their instructors, from Emily to Matt, are so wonderful and keep me coming week after week!!! Highly recommend this studio, whether you’re a pro or a beginner.
