The Inn at Stores Hotel. The rooms were clean. The staff was polite. The beds were a little small. But overall we had a great weekend stay. The price was good. Checking out was quick and easy. Checking in took a little bit of time. But they were busy. There is not elevator. The gentleman who worked there was nice enough to help me get my bags to the second floor.
Good rooms and decently priced but terrible service. Can’t get them to answer their front desk or help us with getting new key cards after it locks us out of our room mid stay

We waited 30+ minutes to check in before leaving. It was disastrous. They are clearly understaffed. The line to check in didn't even move during the wait. The lobby looked clean and smelled fine, but I didn't go any further, nor did we receive any acknowledgement from the individual behind the desk. We made the choice to go home and waste the money instead of waiting any longer. Do yourself a favor, go spend your money somewhere else.
