I'll give it to them, Their website glitched and it screwed up our room, Not that bad and not blaming the staff as they are friendly, But when the room door can't open the first time you tap the card on the sensor, And the 2nd time it works you know it's gonna be a mess. And then the toilet seat was broken in the room because they took all the crap from the previous hotel and put it back in here with new stuff. Pool needed a deep clean as grime was on the tile. It's a beautiful place. Not cheap. Cereal and bagels only. Booo
I stayed at the Inn at Maritime Bay, an Ascend Collection Hotel, about 18 months ago and found it clean and pleasant. This recent visit was a complete disappointment. The windows were filthy, the hallways smelled bad with carpets needing a deep clean, and outdoor trash bins were overflowing. The rooms were no better—sweat-stained, yellowed pillows, grimy exterior windows, and no housekeeping unless you specifically ask for it. Cleanliness is a must for any hotel, fancy or not. Wirklich nett gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Eis ist auf dem Flur verfügbar und die Zimmer haben nicht nur einen Kühlschrank, sondern auch eine Mikrowelle. Würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen.
