Jake & Leah are the sweetest. If you love a quaint quiet place up in beautiful hill country to get away from the noise and enjoy your surroundings, this is it! The cottages are warm and cozy. No TVs. Gardner is 5 min away for hiking. There's a convenience store 4 min away. Beautiful hill country views. 100% recommend for a quiet and relaxing getaway.
Jake and Leah have quite possibly the best retreat space in West Texas. The Inn Between was beyond beautiful and created such a special experience for all of our guests. Connecting to nature, spending time taking a moment to disconnect, and enjoying the peaceful side of the calm, country life was absolutely wonderful.
It was our first time staying at a cabin as well as this place. The check in was easy. The Greenhouse cabin was very cozy and clean. The record player was also entertaining, although it was stuck on 73 speed. (funny hearing a Mozart record with chipmonk speeds) The cabin was well funished with clean towels, cooking utensils, and everything worked. There was a nice bluetooth speaker system we enjoyed using. The grounds were fairly quite and Garner State Park was just minutes away. This was quite enjoyable.
We chanced upon this place while browsing for a quick weekend getaway near Garner State Park. Leah & Jake were quick to respond to some queries via email. We stayed at the Greenhouse which was the perfect touch of cute boho-chic. Loved all the tiny details throughout the home! Our family spent a relaxing evening playing table tennis, watching the goats and piggy, and strolling the beautiful garden.
