I have worked with skilled nursing facilities for 20 years so I have more knowledge than most people. Whitewood has an amazing staff and is a beautiful facility. The staff truly have a passion for serving people and our mother could not be in better hands. We’re blessed and thankful everyday to have her at Whitewood. Thank you, JD Miller
I have had my Mom at the Inn at Whitewood Village for a year now. This has been a life saver for not only myself, my brother, but also our Mother. She lives in a great place and is very well cared for along with constant activities to keep not only her mind occupied but keeping her moving. My mother is in the memory care side and does require more assistance than the Assisted Living side. Staff is always sitting and/or grouped in the dining area, residents are constantly kept in front of a tv in the sitting area. There is always activities/things to do with residents, why one aide can’t manage is beyond me. It’s a shame to see residents paying a ton of money to not get quality care. If zero stars could be given, that’s what it would be.
Very clean facility, friendly staff, and nurses who are very knowledgeable
Called to ask a question about my W-2 and lady who answered phone says “oh my god” maybe hire professional receptionist that can wait to say their remarks after the call .
