Beware, these people are crazy! The code for my room door didn't work. There is no one one site to deal with the problem. I did finally get a series of nasty texts from someone named Karen accusing me of being drunk and not entering the right code. She called me an ass and a clown in her text tirade. The owner Josh went further and called me to say that I would be arrested if I didn't leave immediately. These people should be banned from the hospitality business.
Clean ,new and comfortable. Stayed here for Sunday river skiing. Close to ski resort. Walkable distance to food store . Very nice and very satisfied. Will come again
My family had a great experience at the Rostay this weekend! The room was clean and comfortable and I loved the ease of check in process. The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and two ski mountains right by. And lastly, I left something of importance in the room and it was quickly found and being sent to me. We love the Bethel area and the Rostay is our go to place to stay!
Although the location was good and the bed/pillows were comfortable, I had to request a broom to sweep the floor once I checked into the room. When I arrived to check into the unit, the front office door was locked and I was not given any prior instructions for check in. Fortunately, a worker was cleaning another unit and helped me figure out which room was our rental unit for the night. It was a fair experience at best and I would look for another place to stay in the future.
Spent a long weekend at Rostay. The room was great, we had a king room that was recently renovated. It was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was awesome. The owners were very helpful recommending restaurants, a place to rent snowmobiles, and trails for snowshoeing - all just a short drive away. Although we don’t ski, the hotel is only a few miles from Sunday River and Mt Abrams. This is an affordable and comfortable place to stay and take advantage of all the activities in the Betel area.
