I am a resident of Monterey County and my family members have a home a few blocks away from Spanish Bay. My son happend to park his car in a handicap parking spot at Spanish Bay he is a stroke survivor and senior citizen with handicap license plates. Anyways he was rudely spoken too by a young valet telling him who the hell he thought he was parking at Spanish Bay in a handicap spot. He tried to make us move my sons car which he refused to do. He had some business to conduct there which was going to take less than 15 minutes... read more
