Staff are always kind and patient to my grandma's needs. The memory care is clean and welcoming. It's nice to see my grandma smiling and participating in activities.
My Dad spent his last few days of his life in hospice at The Inn at Northwood Village. I can't even say in a words how much wonderful care he was given. As much as I wanted him to be at home I couldn't have chosen a better place for him to be. Amy and her staff were the AMAZING!!
Everyone is very nice and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place!
We moved my grandmother here a year or 2 ago. She is very happy here and has nothing but compliments about both the facility and staff. She is enjoying the activities, food, and company that she is around daily as well. We also have peace of mind knowing she is taken care of when we can't be there. Moving her here has been a wonderful decision for her and the family thus far
