What a beautiful place!!!!!
I worked at Northwood for 2 years and it is a great place to work. And the residents all love it there. It a very beautiful place to work and to live at.
My parents lived at The Inn at Northwood Village for almost 3 years before they had to move into a skilled nursing facility. Moving them out when their health declined and needed more than assisted living was harder than ever. Northwood was their home. They loved living at Northwood and wished they could have stayed. When we moved them in I had no doubt they would do well and get great care. My mom was a social butterfly and she made friends with everyone that walked through the doors. The Inns all through out Ohio are gorgeous! I started as a cook at this facility. Very clean, caring facility. Everything that is done in the facility doesn’t go unnoticed! They go above and beyond for the residents. Seeing how much it has changed for the better is a great thing to watch. Way to go to all staff that dedicates their time and attention to do the job they do! Healthcare is not for the weak. Proud to be a member of The Inns!
The Inn at Northwood Village in Dover Ohio has been great, Not only thru the covid epidemic and flu epidemic and sometimes being short staffed but they've made everyday feel like a normal day and did a fantastic job at hiding the stresses of the daily jobs from the residents and families quite well making them feel safe and welcomed no matter the situation!
