Booked a superior king room on Expedia and when checking in confirmed with the front desk. Went to the room and is was a shoebox with a queen bed. Called the front desk immediately and told there were no king rooms on the property literally five minutes after being told I was given a king room. I have mixed feelings about this review. The location was great. The restaurants on property were great but the room...meh. Here are a couple of my concerns: When we pulled back the comforter, there seemed to be something on the sheets. Sand, dirt ? Not sure, but there was something. We called the desk to have the bedding changed and were told they do not have housekeeping or maintenance on duty in the evening, but they could drop off clean sheets for us, which they did. For $500?! no. No. TV was sideways next to bed. Cheap plastic cups. No bottled water. No fridge. Very low quality soap. The Grotto downstairs is worth a visit though. Avoid the Inn like a sin.

The grounds and the location are amazing, but the service and cleanliness of the room was really lacking, especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend unless you get a great deal and aren’t bothered by not getting your room serviced.
