While the property is beautiful and we had no issue with the quality of our rooms, the service was extremely disappointing. We requested late check-out & while it was totally understandable that it was not possible, the front desk cited “if the incoming guests show up early and want to check in, the room has to be ready”, which seemed to imply that accommodating the incoming guests was the primary reason and more important. I do not recommend!!!

Beautiful setting which Mill Falls has used marvelously..... several pools that are both indoor and outdoor, hot tubs (including a pool & hot tub for adults only) had an amazing massage on the deck. So many activities available to do or simply just read a book by the water. The room was ok, very quiet, my only complaint was the bed was softer than I am used to. Would be Beautiful year round, leaves changing colors in New England is perfect, snow drifting & of corse the amazing summer. Was a perfect stay ♡
