I highly recommend this facility! My Grams was here for the last 5 months of her life. The facility itself was always clean and had good energy. They had activities and music. Also they had therapeutic dogs come and visit which was awesome! The staff running the facility did an amazing job. It is a hard dynamic letting someone else care for your loved ones and you dont always see eye to eye but I can say that they were always very understanding in that sense. The hospice tea… See more

A great place to live and work. I have been an employee at The Commons on Thornton for the past 4 years and I love it! The residents and staff are my second family.
My mother in room 314 hurt her foot so bad that she couldn't walk. She called the desk downstairs and requested that the nurse come up and check her foot. I called her around 2:30pm and no one showed. What kind of place is this? I have had words with this director before on how he runs this "assisted living" place.
Management change. More about money and less about the elderly family members.
I’ve lived here for 14 months and I’m still very happy with living here. I’m glad l made the move from Hot Springs Village, AR . IVe ade many friends at it is a happy place to live and now I live close to one of my daughters. While in R I didn’t get to see them very often but now they are close yet I still have my independence.
