My mom was there for rehab. Not enough staff to help with going to bathroom, therefore they made her wear depends, because no one could answer her ring in a timely manner. Not the friendliest or most caring people. The social worker was the worst. She was so rude and nasty. Would not recommend.

They have inadequate staff and it was difficult to get help. Did not like the shared rooms, diet, and general atmosphere. We found a better facility and moved on.

I appreciate the great facility The Inn at Freedom Village offers. However, there are not enough staff to respond to the needs of patients who need immediate assistance to go to the bathroom, for them to receive their pain medication on time, etc. And when you check out of the facility, any medications you might have had with you when you came in can't be found when you check out. That to me is a great concern. Can you imagine being told they don't know where your medication is? And then there is the coercion that takes plac... read more
