Recalling upper-crust New York in the 1940s, El Gaucho is not your typical relaxed Seattle restaurant. The waiters are tuxedoed, a piano plays in the background and candles flicker, shedding light over lots of dark wood inside the restaurant. Perfectly prepared steak and seafood dishes fill the menu. Order Chateaubriand for two, carved table side, or an Australian lobster tail. This establishment also includes a full bar.

Great Inn in Seattle – Stayed at the Inn prior to leaving on a cruise and when I returned. What a great idea! Suites are great. Bed is outstanding. Close to pier. Close to market. David Shapland is a great manager. Can guide you to restaurants, activities, or anything else you are looking to do. Gets a little noisy with street traffic on the weekends at night but that is the only negative about the place. If you need a place for a few nights close to the Space Needle or the market and want the comforts of home call for a res... read more
Comfortable bed to listen to the street noise all night – Yes, the room was charming with amazing linens and towels. Reading the other reviews, it seems we missed out on the cookies and CD when we checked in. Also, didn't get continental breakfast offered either. We didn't know about those things until reading the reviews, so didn't feel left out at the time. Just a short walk to breakfast and we were happy. All that said, one of the things I like to have in my room is enough quiet to get some sleep. We were in Room 5, right... read more
A retro-swank boutique hotel in the heart of Belltown caters to a trendy business crowd. – In Short Muted orange walls, brown leather furniture and plasma wide-screen TVs set the mood at this masculine hotel set in a historic building. Men will dig the boys' club feel, Bose music system and framed posters of the Rat Pack, while women will love the feather bedspread, plush Anichini robes and L'Occitane bath products. A complimentary continental breakfast and newspaper are delivered to guests' doors at the time of their choice... read more
A Perfect Spot in the City! – What a darling boutique hotel, right in the middle of downtown's hip Belltown! We were instantly upgraded to a deluxe suite upon our arrival, and our room was darling! Very Old Hollywood Glamour. The freshest cookies and a cool CD came in our room, as well as an Espresso maker with pods! Continental breakfast in our bed was the perfect addition to our wonderful night stay.
Noisy but comfy beds – The Inn is a nice place to go if you are looking for the buzz of the city. And by that I mean.. BUZZ.. it is loud ..between the Belltown Street noise and what appears to be the machinery or heating of the building it is a good thing the beds are comfy and you can have wine delivered to your room because they may be the only things that will get you to sleep.
